As I look out at all the snow on the ground today in Wisconsin I wish I was back in Key West! Here is a shot of two guys enjoying a paddle around a Marina in Key West – and a case of beer is helping them!

I do enjoy Winter to a certain point. The first snows cover up all the brown of Fall and everything is white and bright and magical. I Love to cuddle up under layers of quilts and blankets as it drops to 60 degrees at night in my bedroom. I even love turning on the 4-wheel drive and plowing through snow drifts.

But only until the end of February!

I am so ready for Spring! I am so sick of shoveling snow! This time of the year I get thoughts of becoming a “snow bird“. Maybe soon!

Well, it’s time to put on my Winter clothes and get outside to shovel 3 inches of white stuff off my driveway. And dream of Spring!
